PANTONE 15-0343 Greenery is Pantone’s Color of the Year 2017
Recently, Pantone announced that they picked PANTONE 15-0343 Greenery as Color of the Year 2017. Among the reasons for this decision is that the color has a versatile “trans-seasonal” shade that lends itself to many color combinations. According to the global authority on color, Greenery symbolizes the reconnection with nature and gives hope to a society amid a complex social and political landscape. Additionally, the shade is associated with freshness, which makes it an ideal choice for designers of printed products. Greenery will succeed Serenity and Rose Quartz, the colors of 2016.
