PrintWeek awards: Here are the winners
PrintWeek honored the best performing UK companies in 24 categories at its annual award ceremony. Trade Print secured the evening’s top award by being crowned PrintWeek’s Company of the Year. Nationwide Print was named SME of the year and Park Communications won trophies in three categories.

HP launches large format printing app
HP announced its new HP Latex Mobile app, which allows HP Latex 300 Printer series customers to remotely monitor their printers, track job status and receive printer alerts. HP hopes this will increase customer trust and loyalty. The app will be available in early 2015.

Checkpoint offers faster, more reliable RFID label printing
